These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lexora IQ platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Lexora IQ ("Lexora IQ", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Lexora IQ is an artificial-intelligence-powered legal information and research platform. It is NOT a law firm, and it does NOT provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.

Nothing generated, displayed, or made available through the Service constitutes legal advice, and your use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Lexora IQ. The information provided is for general informational and educational purposes only.

You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of any content provided by the Service without first seeking advice from a licensed attorney qualified in the relevant jurisdiction. Laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Only a licensed attorney who reviews the specific facts of your situation can provide legal advice.

The Service uses large language models and automated retrieval systems that can produce output that is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and that may occasionally generate plausible-sounding but inaccurate statements, citations, or summaries ("hallucinations").

While Lexora IQ employs source-grounding, citation verification, and other safeguards to improve reliability, we do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances. All AI-generated documents, analyses, comparisons, and citations must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified human, and by a licensed attorney where legal reliance is intended, before use.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output — including drafted documents and cited authorities — prior to filing, sending, publishing, or otherwise relying on it. Lexora IQ is not responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on Service output.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the accuracy of the information you submit.

You agree that you will NOT: (a) use the Service to engage in the unauthorized practice of law; (b) upload or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the privacy or rights of others; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or circumvent any security or access controls of the Service; (d) use the Service to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others; (e) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or (f) use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or court rule.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated documents complies with all applicable laws, professional-responsibility rules, and court requirements, including any obligation to disclose the use of artificial intelligence.

To access certain features you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at lexoraiq.support@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

The Service is offered under free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans grant access to additional features, higher usage limits, and expanded capabilities as described on our Pricing page. Features and limits are subject to change.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method until you cancel. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload ("User Content"). You grant Lexora IQ a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any User Content and for not uploading privileged or confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service — including its software, models, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and all related intellectual property — is owned by Lexora IQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the final documents you generate and export for your own use. You may not use Lexora IQ's name, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.

We welcome feedback; any feedback you provide may be used by Lexora IQ without restriction or obligation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXORA IQ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR LEGAL OUTCOMES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO LEXORA IQ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. You agree to indemnify and hold Lexora IQ harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
